Unexpected room mix-up surprise

The location was perfect, and the staff really tried to make it right by offering refunds and free parking. It made the extra hassle a bit easier.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t honor our pre-booked room, which was disappointing after a long trip. We ended up with a standard room instead of the suite we wanted.

Bottom floor placement despite requests, annoying noise from piping, parking fees puzzling for a non-downtown hotel!!! Very loud disturbances at night. Issues with exit at parking garage. Did not meet expectations!!!
